  • Product owner/manager Position (EIC Transition Project)

Role Overview

We are building an agentic data analytics platform where AI agents orchestrate data processing, machine learning, and user workflows.

We are looking for a Product Owner / Product Manager to define, prioritize, and drive the product—ensuring tight alignment between user needs, system capabilities, and engineering execution.

This is a deep-tech product role, not a generic backlog manager. You will work closely with engineers across infrastructure, ML, agent systems, and frontend.


Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own the product vision, competition landscape, and roadmap

  • Translate high-level goals into clear, actionable requirements and user stories

  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog across multiple domains:

    • Agent workflows

    • Data analytics features

    • ML capabilities

    • UI/UX improvements

  • Act as the bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Work closely with:

    • AI Architect (agent behavior and capabilities)

    • Backend/Infrastructure Engineer

    • ML Integration Engineer

    • Frontend Engineer

  • Design and execute product research and studies to retrieve valuable insights for determining acceptance criteria for features and improve user experience

  • Drive Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)

  • Ensure continuous delivery and iteration aligned with user value


Required Skills

  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a Product Manager or Product Owner in a technical domain

  • Strong understanding of software systems and architecture (you can talk fluently with engineers)

  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)

  • Ability to write clear, structured product requirements

  • Strong prioritization and decision-making skills

  • Experience working with cross-functional technical teams


Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI/ML products or data platforms

  • Familiarity with agent systems, LLMs, or analytics tools

  • Experience defining metrics for ML/AI performance

  • Background in data analytics or data engineering workflows

  • Experience in early-stage or ambiguous environments
